Lisa invited us to brittney's birthday party. They set a big slip n' slide up on the hill at the park. It was a blast. Thanks Lisa for including us. Whit says next year we will do this lots!

First Day of School

The first day of school I forgot to take pictures before school (cuz that's how I roll) so I got one after school. Whit's not in the pictures because she was at cross country, and I don't know how I ended up with a picture of the girls and not Cody, but anyhow, everyone loved their first day. I think we'll have another great year. Austin and I enjoyed it to. We went to maverick and got a dounut that morning.

Last day of freedom

It was the night before school started. It was a bittersweet day. The kids were begining to drive each other crazy (and then driving me crazy fighting). But I was sad to see the trips to the pool, lazy nights of late dinners, or movies together ending. (even though with that leaving comes a regular routine). The kids rode their bikes and scooters for quite a while like they were trying to drag it out as long as possible. This is my last year with kids at home. It kinda made me sad to think next year EVERY on of my kids would be headed to school. (when did the time pass so fast)

Jo brought Maelee over to have me take a few pictures of her. She really was sick of it after about 15 minutes, so we had to keep her entertained. I think we got a few pretty cute pictures.

UBIC 2010

This year we went to all the UBIC we could make it to. We went to art in the park and Lynsie sang at the entertainment one night. I took the kids by myself one night, when Jeff was farming (something I plan on NEVER repeating), and of course we went to the parade. We parked by Aud, Jo and The Prices' it made it lots of fun.

The boys were playing their DS's. The sun was kinda interfering with their vision. So they got creative with the quilt that was in the back of my suburban.

Sometimes the very best pictures are the ones you take just because. These turned out so cute. I had my camera out waiting to for Kassie to come get some pictures and just snapped some of the kids and I love how they turned out!
