Jo and I decided to do applesauce since our kids love it so much. We went to her neighbors (whose trees were loaded), and picked and picked and picked, with all the our kids. We knew we had a 'wholelotta' apples, but we never would have guessed we had 169 quarts worth. It was a long day, with wind threatening to move us inside, but we were proud of the results.

Oh My Goodness! That is a whole lot of applesauce. Looks Yummy! You were asking where I got those pears. I got them at Allreds for a $ but I was out and desperately wanted pears. They should be getting more in the next week or so, as well as Brigham City Peaches.
